What time does SmartPac deliver?
Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days outside of holiday times and 5–7 days during the holiday season. To ensure that all orders are fulfilled each day, we have set the cutoff time for daily orders at 2 pm. Any fresh orders received after 2 pm will be handled the following business day.
Does SmartPac have an expiry date?
Upon receipt of the SmartPac product, the Recipient must sign the relevant delivery note. Within ten (10) Working Days after the date of the delivery advice mentioned in Clause 6.1(c), SingPost reserves the right to dispose of the SmartPac product in any manner it sees suitable.
